Always helpful and kind.
I don't think I have ever had a class like this in my life.
From the studio to the beach they are always patient,attentive and kind.
I have never felt out of place or embarrassed at not understanding something or needing guidance or help from either Lata or Robert.
I know once I am done with class wherever I happen to take it that I have had the best instruction from the best people.
I know the huge attraction for most people is the beach yoga which is fun and awesome but I like the intimacy of the studio better.
The attentiveness of the teachers makes me want to continue with practicing yoga even when it seems hard to me.
This place and the people running it are the best.
