Go to some of the yoga nidra classes. It is so relaxing! William makes his bowls sing as Teri guides you thru the session. I try to go whenever I can, by myself or with my girlfriends. What a wonderful way to share an evening. Teri makes you feel very welcome and has many services to offer in the yoga world.

I made an appointment while on vacation in North Port and was recommended to Teri by several people at Heron Creek. I couldn't have been more delighted to meet her and got aquainted with how knowledgeable she was in all aspects of spiritual healing. I will definately be making additional appointments when I am in town and would recommend Teri to anyone in the area. I will stay in touch with her via email from my home for additional treatment and spiritual work when I am not in North Port.
