Instead of asking me how I wanted my massage before giving it to me, they just started my massage without asking. My massage ended up being the exact opposite of what I was hoping for. It was terrible! I should have listened to others who have been before! It was the most unrelaxing time! My body hurts 10x worse than when I went in! I will never return!! Pain!!

This may be a great spa--I wouldn't know because we had groupons for massages, then had car trouble and couldn't make it to our appointment on time, and Amy at the spa said that the notice I gave her wasn't sufficient. Somehow I was supposed to be omniscient and know that the belt on the car was going to break at 2 that morning! Even though she knew that we were coming in from out of town she refused to reschedule and then proceeded to redeem our vouchers and STEAL our money. According to her and Groupon this is ok. Again, while this may be a great spa, it certainly is not a customer-friendly business!
