Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
We have been to many different chiropractors and have to say Kelly Brown is one of the best. My wife and I felt like we could fly after his adjustment! No more pain! WOW is all I could say. Others tried but did not get the job done as he did. Proof is in the results!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Kelly for being the best at what you do!!!!!!!!!
