They pretty much coerced me to schedule follow-up appointments. I felt forced into it and extremely uncomfortable. I was definitely numb when I left my appointment. It made me nervous that something had gone wrong. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. One thing that made my adjustments extremely uncomfortable, was that their hands were unbelievably cold. I honestly couldn't wait for my treatment to be over.
