I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
