Dr. Lessler is habitually late getting to the office. Many times I have made appointments when the office opens at 8:30 when they open. My thought is that being the first appointment of the day I could get in and out quick.
Not so, Dr. Lessler sets appointments for 8:30 but usually doesn't show up until an hour later. Her lack of punctuality and organization have bled into her clerical staff. No one that works here seems to care about patients. I would stay away unless this is your only alternative.
