Upon relocating to Arizona from Alaska in November 2022, I was in search of a new Chiropractor.
I chose Ahnen Chiropractic after reading Dr Manfred Ahnen's story.
Learning how he turned his own experiences with pain and health challenges into a determination to "help others avoid needless pain and suffering and become healthy" lured me in. Finding out he grew up in Alaska solidified my choice to try out Ahnen Chiropractic!
After years of counting on Chiropractors to "manage" my mild but chronic pain, I thought I knew what I was looking for and what to expect from treatment. When Dr Ahnen showed me my X-rays they were very eye opening! No one had ever done chiropractic X-rays prior, nor had a plan been laid out so confidently by a Dr.
I was immediately impressed with Ahnen Chiropractic's multi-faceted approach. Julia provided therapies, Julie provided excellent massages, and Dr Ahnen provided skillful adjustments.
Change came slowly but surely from December 7, 2022 to February 7, 2023.
I am thrilled to say that I initially highly underestimated my future outcome! I am so surprised and exceedingly happy to report that my periformus/hip pain is gone, my headaches are rare, my pelvis is aligned and my legs are even!
These are Amazing "Corrective" Results!
In addition, I greatly appreciate Dr Ahnen, Julia and Julie's warm, friendly welcome to the Girl from Alaska. Not only as health care providers but as friendly neighbors!

When I saw Dr Ahnen for my 1st appointment I knew I would be in good hands. After 4 visits my lower back is much improved. I highly recommend Dr Ahnen. His office staff is very friendly and helpful!
