I believe that it is important to focus on a person's unique qualities and not to pathologize or judge a person for the challenges that they are facing. I am a collaborative therapist and I help my clients explore their own individualized path. I work from an eclectic theoretical orientation but work mostly with Narrative, Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist, serving the Eastside community of Los Angeles in Silver Lake. I have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders, but also have extensive experience with women's issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, working through major life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and all areas of general counseling.
