Intimate private practice in the beautiful malaga cove of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. I have been in practice for 7 years. Our facility is unique in that it provides specific tools, and treatment plans are based on the unique needs of an individual, rather then fitting them into a mold of what's culturally accepted. For clients in ongoing therapy we can also provide psychological testing if required. The office is spacious and beautifully decorated. Adults who are interested in mindfulness practices can practice meditation and relaxation techniques which are extremely beneficial for anxiety and depression as well as chronic pain. For Children we provide plenty of play/art therapy options but also incorporate out doors activities since the office is located next to variety of beach and canyon trails. This is a truly healing environment for both, body and mind.
