Heavily influenced by Kundalini yoga traditions of Kripalu and Infinite Light Yoga, Self Awakening Inner Light Yoga (SAIL Yoga) is an experiential yoga that focuses on using the breath (pranayama) and physical postures (asanas) to bring energy into or through the chakras (energy centers) strengthening the body and mind as we Awaken to and join with our Highest and Best Self. Classes begin with centering breath, include warm ups to asanas which often flow one into another, and end with a deep relaxation that often includes a guided visualizations for additional experiential opportunities. SAIL yoga classes are inspired by Infinite Light Yoga and suitable to all levels of yoga practitioners from beginners to advanced students. View the calendar for the current group class schedule. Individual yoga instruction is available by appointment for $90 in studio.
Yoga Fees: First Class is free with the purchase of a class card.
Drop In: $15
4 class card: $50 ($12.50/class)
8 class card: $88 ($11.00/class)
12 class card: $108 ($9/class)
Class cards do not expire.
Coaching:
Are you ready to reach the next level? Coaching offers you a unique opportunity to have an objective and passionate partner to support you in reaching your life and career goals. You will have an initial 90 minute session to clarify and articulate your goals and to launch your action plan. You will then have the extreme benefit of ten 30 minute 1:1 sessions to maximize your focused momentum. Additionally, you will enjoy a 90 minute capstone session to reflect on your amazing progress. Throughout the experience you are welcome to unlimited email support. Sessions are available in person or via the phone. Although there is rolling enrollment, only ten people are accepted into the coaching program at any one time. Email George@bvillesangha.com for an application today.

Reiki:
Reiki sessions support your journey by moving ki or Universal Energy through the bodys energy centers or Chakras. With training in past life regression therapy, spiritual counseling, and guided visualizations, Georges Reiki sessions are spirit led and may include a mixture of these modalities well as Ki exchange. Participants remain fully clothed during the hands on Reiki session for maximum comfort and relaxation. Warning: People have experienced profound life shifts after only one session. Be prepared for change. Average sessions are between 60-90 minutes.
Reiki Fees: First session is $60
Ongoing: $90 per session or $300 for four session package.
Experiential Workshops:
In depth experiences including, Meditation Intensives, Asana Workshops, Chakra Immersions, Reiki Trainings and more. Workshops are individually priced.
