My classes tend to be on the gentler side with all levels welcome. I blend gentle flow, breath work with some meditation as well. I've been teaching for 10 years specializing in low back care and stress management and sharing all the myriad ways yoga helps us on and off the mat and into our daily lives. I'm also a Nutritional counselor and Reiki practitioner. Currently working on an herbalist certification.

I am reviewing Sara's yoga classes. I am also a yoga teacher from Southern California and I can say that Sara is the easily the best yoga teacher I've ever had. The classes are a wonderful balance and appropriate for all levels. She's fully engaged and focused on the well-being of her students and she makes classes fun, exciting and ever evolving. I feel very lucky to have her here in Placerville.
