Our advanced training and experience can provide quality therapy for those looking to treat and relieve pain, prevent injury, improve posture, improve mobility and flexibility or just to relax. We offer a wide variety of modalities: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stones, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®, Rolfing® Structural Integration, and Electrolysis hair removal. At North Pointe Body Therapies we do not have an extensive price list with multiple add-ons and extras. Unlike Massage Envy or other massage chains we tailor your session to fit YOUR needs and we charge by our time NOT the modality. Warm neck cradles are standard, not extra. Want hot stones with your massage? Just ask. No extra charges, just only bodywork!
We are conveniently located right off I-85 and Guess Road at 3101 Guess Road Suite B, in Durham, North Carolina. Our studio consists of a foyer and waiting area, 4 treatment rooms, 2 bathrooms, a training room for massage classes and we are fully ADA compliant. Our treatment rooms are fully furnished to provide everything you need to receive the most effective bodywork that you could ever experience.
We also offer CE massage training to massage therapists. We are a permanent training facility for DeepFeet Bar Therapy® (AKA Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®). Ashiatsu is the first nationally approved course-study since 1995 for a western barefoot effleurage technique. Also known as the “Deepest Most Luxurious Massage on the Planet!” Our ashiatsu training is the “original” in compression massage where the therapist uses an overhead bar system for support and applies deeply relaxing, elongated strokes to client lying on a massage table.
