I am impressed with Kate's professionalism and her taking the time to check in with me before I climb onto the table. She is able to provide both deep tissue and more gentle forms of massage. She can detect areas that need work without being prompted and is careful not to hurt injured areas. Afterwards I always feel relaxed.
