About

K Cook

I begin the journey with a client in identifying the sources of unrest and disruption in the life. I believe strongly in the relationship to bring about change. I use CBT, Solution Focus, Reality, Gestalt, Family Systems, holistic approaches, meditation, Reiki to bring about change for my clients. I try to use insight and guidance with my clients to have compassion for their struggles and to effectively assist in finding a healthier approach to solve problems. I support self-esteem, independence, and existing strengths to live more fully and joyfully. Healing is a process and is possible no matter the trauma.
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions, parenting challenges, feeling "stuck," isolation, shame, grief, and self sabotage can impair the life journey. Set up an appointment after 4 pm M-F or Saturday.
