I have over 27 years of experience working with couples who are having problems talking with each other or are not getting along. I also work with individuals (men/women) who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or who are not satisfied with their life. My role is to help you determine what is important in your life and help you create it. I assess your relationship or life, identify the problems and together we put together a plan to help improve your relationship and/or life.

I can't thank Michelle enough for what she did for me and my husband. She taught us not only how to communicate but also about our issues we needed to work at. Our relationship is better than it has ever been. She listened to what we had to say but then was very honest about what we both needed to work on, ... That was really hard to hear but was so worth it! As me and my husband are celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary. And to think back we were threatening divorce just 3 months ago!

She helped me so much at a time i was really depressed. I felt Michelle really cared about what i was going through and wanting to help me make my life better. i really cant thank her enough! I would recommend her to anyone.
