About

Sarah McLaughlin, LMT

Many people look for massage therapy to help manage stress, reduce chronic pain, recover from injuries and to increase self awareness.

Sarah's practice is grounded in her belief that you have the inner ability to heal yourself, given the right combination of external support and stimulation of your own inner resources.

Your needs will be carefully reviewed, and an individually specific treatment plan will be created for you. This treatment plan may include a combination of approaches.

Whether you just want to relax, or need a more clinical approach; Sarah has the training and awareness to help you achieve your goals.

Sarah received her massage training at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and the Chicago School of Thai Massage. She incorporates Range of Motion, stretching, and trigger point therapy into her work so that clients can experience an all-encompassing massage.

Sarah is trained in pregnancy massage and works with women postpartum to help strengthen their bodies after childbirth. She is certified in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year and a birth doula. Sarah has also completed continuing education in Clinical Massage for Rotator Cuff and Shoulder Dysfunction, and Oncology Massage.
