They weren't friendly at all which was really off-putting. They were extremely rude and impolite. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
