Hello,
If you ever need someone on your side who is selfless, smart, considerate, educated, of great character, and who has your BEST interest at heart, Howard Wax is the therapist. I've highly recommended Howard to my friends and family, that's how much I trust him.

In brief...
I met Howard Wax by referral a few years ago and received therapy for over a year and a half. Happy to say, today i'm healthy, well balanced, and starting to thrive again, thanks to his care and direction. Our weekly visits changed my life.
I was in a long depression that caused me to curl up, to feel invisible. I isolated myself from my family but one friend. I came to therapy because of the many years of emotional and physical abuse. They took a toll on my adult life. I lost all desire to function and I fell into a very dark non emotional hole.
Between Howard's therapies and Dr.Galina's well prescribed anti depressants, I became more of a whole person each month. Howard taught me how to better cope with my daily life. He is a blessing!
I felt safe and comfortable in therapy with Howard. My arduous healing process for over a year, created our friendship out of trust. From there I was open to try EMDR and Bio Feedback. Eventually, I bought a Bio-feedback program from Howard to use at home, it makes a wonderful difference in my day :).
I also experienced a tremendous relief when I left Howard's office because he worked with me using EMDR therapy techniques. He helped me release the pain of old memories and he gently guided me forward into a new self. Lots of inner work but well worth it in the end.
I am a Christian woman who also considers herself an Anthropologist Enthusiast. When I first visited Howard's website I saw that he was of the 'enlightened' persuasion. We talked about our individual beliefs and instantaneously found that love was our common denominator.
WE got to work in therapy with the knowledge and skills that he was there to help me and I would do my part.
I was in the right place.

Howard and Dr. Galina are wonderful as individuals and as a professional team.
I hope this review helps you that is lost, and not yet found. Thats how i started.
