I had seen Penny Page years ago. She very helpful, and gave me coping skills to utilize for my issues. She not only listens, but speaks to you during the session.

I stopped going to her because I did not want to deal with my issues. In doing that only caused me to become more isolated and depressed, and I ended up In-Patient. She is top-notch and worth every cent. Whom ever is hesitate have the courage to take the step for your well-being. (:
