The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
