I come from a scientific background and my mind balked at using some new age practice to stop my shoulder pain. But since the alternative was surgery, I decided to try hypnosis and EFT to alleviate the sharp pains that I was experiencing when I did anything active. I was surprised to discover that it worked and now I am virtually pain free. I still don’t understand it, but perhaps it doesn’t matter if it works. So to anyone facing surgery, I would recommend trying this first.

Jeanie Almo is an exceptional therapist. She is caring, empathic, and most important – effective. Jeanie helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life. She helped me to understand where my anxiety and depression stemmed from and to develop coping skills to assist me in situations that would have, in the past, incapacitated me. I will be forever grateful to Jeanie and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist.
