They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Lucky (himself) is an absolutely great guy, who made the visit easy and AFFORDABLE, not pulling any additional sales pitches to sell product. He diagnosed our pets conditions quickly and we are able to tweek their needs easily and affordably per a SUPER VETERNARIAN! I've had other local and not so local vets treat our pets-hence, I was referred to Lucky Pet and I won't be seeing any other vets for our pets! Also, chatted in the waiting room with a couple who brought in 2 pets who actually travel quite a ways to Lucky's-that spoke for itself! They also advised they weren't being hit the usual sales tricks for products etc. WE LOVE THIS GUY- LUCKY THAT IS!!! BEST VET IN NEW ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
