Very disappointed with this clinic, the doctor and the staff. I carried my 4.6# Yorkie there on 11/05/15 to get neutered. When we picked him up he was sent home with no Elizabethan collar, no pain medication and no antibiotics. He chewed his stitches the next day and I called their office for advice. I was told by the staff that they don't have collars small enough to fit him and to go buy one at Petsmart. If Petsmart didn't have one her advice was to "do the best I can over the weekend".

I had to take my painfully miserable dog to another vet over the weekend and they gave him a collar, pain meds and antibiotics. He is feeling much better now. Although I have used this office for years the service has really decreased since Kerri Melton, the previous vet, left. The new vet, and staff, don't have any concern for you or your pets. I am taking my animals to a new vet they will treat them with compassion after a surgery.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
