They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
