I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.
