I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
