BEWARE. YOU WILL GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Beware. I was taken advantage of. This guy is a complete sham and a jerk. I called to make an appointment and asked if I was covered with select health insurance and he told me I would most likely be as they accepted most insurances. When I arrived, they receptionist took my insurance card so I naturally assumed they accepted my insurance. During the examination, "Doctor" Grant started talking pricing, and again I asked if my insurance would be covered and again I was told that it would most likely be covered. This was my first red flag - I've never been to a doctor who didn't tell me before hand that I was not covered. After my session was complete, they stuck me with a $300 bill and told me that the girl who called on the insurance was out, and that I needed to pay now and I would be reimbursed as soon as my insurance came through. I called back later and then they told me I was not covered. I went in to speak with "Doctor" Grant and he told me, verbatim, "It is not my responsibility to tell you if you're covered with your insurance." I feel as though I was taken advantage of and swindled. his billing practices are murky at best and dishonest at worst

His billing practices are unethical. He is mostly concerned about money, not the patient. My insurance had reached its limit and he knew it, but told me AFTER the session, increasing my costs three fold. This is unethical. I would not recommend him.
