At BCC Dr. Petrella is always professional and courteous. She makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and listens to every question or concern I may have. Dr. Petrella makes me feel respected, and is very sympathetic to my situation displaying kindness and empathy. She communicates effectively and discusses my progress when I see her as well as providing information for continued improvement between appointments. She is never rushed and gives me the time necessary to address my medical needs.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance as well as the professional appearance of the staff at Bedford Center Chiropractic

They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
