Twenty plus years ago I was in a major car accident that left me with a fused ankle and other broken bones. The orthopedic said that I could only walk 200 feet, never run and after back to back steroid shots could not get rid of the pain in my knee much less the instability in the same knee. Three years ago I started seeing Dr. Gregor through following his health coaching, diet and his chiropractic adjustments the weight is coming off, I can walk half a mile, run short distances, my knee is stable, no longer feeling like it would collapse and am out of pain through out my whole body. Who knew that eating certain foods could cause so much pain? Dr. Gregor did. Not only did he help me but Dr. Gregor was able to relieve my husband's headaches that he had been seeing and orthopedic and physical therapy for months after a major car accident in just one visit of chiropractic adjustments. He also kept my husband from having shots in his back and surgery on it by chiropractic adjustments. My kids are doing better in school after following his diet and coaching plus adjustments they like seeing Dr. Gregor better than the pediatrician. We all are not getting sick as often so less doctor visits. He is the ONLY doctor that my family sees. I would recommend Dr. Gregor to anyone for any problem, especially before having injections or surgery on the back. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about getting to the cause of the problem wether it is eating something that is the cause or a simple chiropractic adjustment Dr. Gregor is the one to see.
