I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. I was shocked when they took a personal phone call right in front of me, in the middle of my appointment. It was so incredibly rude.
