My employer scheduled an evaluation through Psychologist Michael A. Murphy, Ph.D., due to the effects of a work-related accident. This Psychologist in his report/evaluation stated the use of alcohol in my adolescent and other untrue statements. I cannot comprehend why Psychologist Michael A Murphy will lie in my evaluation. It seems this was done to benefit the Employer because I had an initial evaluation by another Psychologist. I saw this Psychologist twice and he spent more time evaluating my condition . I have DSM-V diagnoses of Phobia-Situational-Elevators(300.29-F40.2480)and Somatic Symptom Disorder with Predominant Pain (300.82-f45.1).The Employer did not accept this initial evaluation so they hired independent Psychologist Michal A Murphy who wrote an unfavorable evaluation packed with misrepresentations. I never had access or sipped alcohol in my adolescent, did not fabricate the accident in my head because other employees have been injured by elevators.Finally, I saw a Psychiatrist who confirmed that I am not bipolar, crazy and all the unkind things that were written in Psychologists Michael A. Murphy evaluation.
