Do not waste your time at this office overrun with unapologetic incompetence. I've been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for six months and I just can't anymore. They're terrible with bad attitudes and no respect for their patients. I consented to 8hrs of "full battery" testing which is an over $1,000 comprehensive psychological evaluation they make you pay for in advance – and then didn't render services. The only reason I endured this is that I liked Dr. Miller but everyone has their limits. And being fleeced out of $1,000 is mine.

TWICE I had appointments for the $1,000 8hr full battery psychological evaluation that they made me pay for in advance. TWICE they either never booked the appointment or canceled WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME.

Today, I told the office manager I am beyond frustrated that my appointments keep getting removed from the system and no one bothers to contact me about it. She curtly told me "well we can't help it with the coronavirus!" What? I told her *again* that the reason I am so upset is that no one bothered to contact me – they just canceled. AGAIN. No voicemail. No text. No email. Nothing. Just canceled. They even confirmed my appointment last week!

I'm currently pursuing getting a refund for the testing that never happened. I honestly have little confidence that the office manager will do as promised since her staff has failed at literally everything else while treating me with disdain. I'll have to spend even more time babysitting this place to ensure they return my money to me.

The full saga of how unbelievably incompetent, rude, and disrespectful this place is could fill a book. Instead of wasting your time as they have wasted mine, I hope you'll take my warning to heart and go ANYWHERE other than here.
