This practice was recommended by my General Practitioner. I scheduled an appointment back in August for the first available appointment which was Monday, September 24, 2018. I called Monday morning to confirm the appointment, and to check if any paperwork required could be completed online prior to the first session, as I had received no contact since August. I was told, "Due to a database merger the appointment was canceled and subsequently 'filled' by another patient." Asked why I wasn't contacted when the issue was first discovered, and why I wasn't rescheduled immediately. I simply received an 'I am sorry' response 'can I reschedule you now.' My rescheduled appointment was for today, Thursday September 27 at 5pm. This afternoon, I receive notification that it too has been cancelled without explanation AND the appointment has been filled for tonight.
This is the worst customer service I have received from a medical practice. Previous reviews indicate the focus of this practice is not the patient. My experience supports that review.
