The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I've been going there for a very long time and they still can't remember my name. It makes me feel very unimportant. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
