I only gave them a 1 star because I cannot rate this without giving them one but they do not even deserve one star. They are seeing a child and feels like he is ok. This is and has been a one on one setting but at no point in time has anyone considered he enjoys being in the spotlight and he is now on his best behavior. We have yet to have a family meeting as they suggested. We meet 2x a week and the counselor cancels a few times a month. They cannot call me in advance to cancel they wait until I pull in the parking lot...they are a joke. If you are not stressed prior to being a patient of theirs you will be when you decide to leave. Nothing is top priority for them except holidays and vacations.

On Thursday, December 7th at the Rock Hill office. Doctor Shaw(Rock Hill Office) was unprofessional, unpleasant, and said racial comments towards my child & I. Shaw was not helpful to the matter. They made my child and I feel uncomfortable and like dirt. During my appointment I had to remind them who I am and what my circumstances was about. It's very frustrating. I will NOT recommend this office to anyone because this office DO NOT care about people and their well being as a person. I was very Upset, Mad & Piss on how I was treated as a human and person!!!!
