this facility does not even deserve one star, they do an intake process, have you come back a month later to see a case worker and two months later to see an actual doctor, if they don't cancel your appointment without you even knowing it has been changed. ( still haven't seen the a doctor here) i took my family member who suffers from schizophrenia and was completely delusional to one of the blue bonnet crisis centers and they sent us away and said there was no one to see him today and gave him appointment to come back in a month. at what point does Bluebonnet Trails start providing help for someone in a crisis, or any help at all. the worst mental health care i have ever seen!!!!

They obviously don't make much of an effort to get to know their clients. They still can't even remember my name. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. and goody do gooders like nancy johnson,, got information wrong and called sherriff and i lost my case worker gabriella delgado,,, as was orignally claimed as stalking and c.t at georgetown,,, i had left papers timed at 3.55 pm with note by receptionist request and at 4.08 was putting some cream on hands and i made a phone .....call on a public street. carter street.......and infomation im no good at ,,,, was not conveyed about why and what to to twc,,,, so theres repayment,,,,, and i still have other questions,,,,??? retirement ,and ........ but mrs. johnson saw fit to state she needed to fix me jan 28,,, about memory ,,,,,, and a note was issued that day no more zannax to everyone,,,,,,,,,more stuff ,,,, john denied conversation ,,,,,,,,,, beth doesnt talk as before, mrs. groshky also jan 28, (3 TIMES) AND JULY 14, AND IN BETWEEN LIKE MARCH ,,,,,,WHAT TO DO WITH A REACTION ,,,,,,,,GO SOMEONE ELSE,,,,,,, CLAUDIA RETURNED CALL FOR JOHN THE NURSE.,,,,,,, 15 YEARS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I WAS SCARED,,,,,
