I have been a client of Christina's for just over two years now, and I have only wonderful things to say about her personality, her work ethic including her reliability and accessibility, how knowledgeable and qualified she is in a respectably high number and variety of areas. All of this leads up to the most important part about the work Christina does, which is the fact that she works on helping her client's bodies and minds heal, by applying the relevant combination of the multiple methods she trained in which allows her to understand the needs for each individual is because she genuinely cares about helping people. Going to see Christina and having a treatment done is one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had.

I've spent plenty of time throughout my life with different kinds of doctors, and I can tell within 3-5 minutes if the doctor is bored and just wants to be done with the appointment, or if he or she really cares about helping me. Christina falls in the latter; she cares more than any doctor I've seen in my life. Christina has never cancelled an appointment on me, but if she ever had to, I know she would give me at least 24 hours notice. She takes her commitments to her clients seriously. She respects their schedules, and understands that time is something people don't have a lot to waste waiting for their practitioner, and she does ask for the same respect in return. But I believe that asking for a mutual respect between people involved in setting up appointments is completely fair.

Christina's practice consists of one person, but she doesn't need more. She is completely capable. I never have trouble getting through to make an appointment. She has always sent me a reminder the day before my appointment, so that I don't forget. There is never a wait. And I've found absolutely nothing to complain about, ever. Christina's standards for her practice are significantly hire than for any other I've experienced, for a great example to contrast her practice with I'll describe my General Physician's office, who's name I'll not reveal, however, they have a reasonably large number of staff members, two doctors, and several nurses, so you would think they had the makings of a smooth running practice. Unfortunately they don't. It is nearly impossible to get through to them as the phone is always busy, and when you finally make it through, sometimes after sitting on hold for as long as 15 minutes, the staff has the nerve to be cranky with you, as if you have done something wrong. I could go on, but this is supposed to be about Christina, so I will just say that they would do well to hire Christina just to show them how to run an office!

I've spent more time than most people my age dealing with different kinds of doctors, and I am now able to tell within 3-5 minutes if the doctor is bored and just wants to be done with the appointment, or if he or she really cares about helping me. Christina falls in the latter; she cares more than any doctor I've seen in my life.
Christina is one of those people who have so much positive energy that the minute I walk in and see her, automatically her positive energy causes my usually crummy to depressed mood to lighten up to match hers, and before I realize anything has happened she and I are laughing and having a great time.

While, so far as I know, she doesn't have a ton of pre-set information on a website, although that could change soon, Christina is easily found on a number of other sites. This hasn't been a negative thing for my interaction with her in terms getting information, because Christina does all of the research for you once you start working with her; moreover, she continues to do so as needed. You are also welcome to send emails with questions you forgot to ask when you were there. How many doctors do you know that do this for you? This is fantastic because it is personalized to your individual needs when you first come in, and if there are changes, she will do more research. In addition, you don't have to spend time trying to make sense of technical jargon-laden information that is geared toward people who are educated in nutrition and medicine, like Christina, who can make sense of it and then put it in terms anybody could easily understand, and if there are questions, she will sit and answer them for as long as she can.

If questions run too long past my session, she has been known to email me answers, or call me at home, although the fact that she calls my home is something I gave her permission to do. She would never just call or email without permission. She follows all the HIPPA laws, and even if they didn't exist, she would still respect the privacy of her clients. What's even more remarkable and serves as further evidence for my claim that Christina does what she does because she really wants to help people is that she has never charged me for the hours of research she has spent online doing research in order to give me an answer to a question that she has researched if she couldn't remember at the moment, or was concerned there might be updates, since medicine research changes quickly.

Christina is reliable in a number of ways. The most important, to me, is that I know I can count on her never to give me an answer she is not quite sure about. Christina is honest and up-front. She wants to help people get well, and wrong answers won't make that happen. Christina is not afraid to admit it when she isn't sure about an answer to a question and wants to look into the current research before giving me, or anyone else, an answer she doesn't know the most up-to-date and correct information and how the answer might interact when it's taken in consideration with the individual's other needs, and other relevant facts. For example, in my case, I am on a high number of prescription medications for several different chronic problems, so we have to be very careful whenever Christina thinks we should try a different supplement. in addition to all of the other research she does already for me, in the case of trying a new supplement, if she can't find information about possible prescription conflicts online, she will get on the phone with a pharmacist to make sure that any supplements she suggests will not cause me harm by conflicting with numerous prescriptions I am already on. That's just one small example to illustrate how dedicated she is to her clients. And at the same time, she doesn't make you feel like a "client."

Christina is such a warm, caring, and friendly person, and one more plus--her practice doesn't have that doctor's office feel to it--instead, it's cozy and comforting so that it feels more like you are going to see a friend when you go to have a treatment with her. Christina is one in a million, and I will definitely continue to see her on a regular basis and highly recommend her here and to my friends, family, and anyone I meet whom I talk to and learn that they could be helped by her. If you are considering seeing someone with these skills, run, don't walk, to the phone and call Christina! You will thank yourself.
