My husband was taken to the emergency room on Aug. 22nd and Aug 26th for dehydration. He had a seizure on Sunday August 21st. The oncologist, Dr Induru had requested he have an MRI. We sat in the waiting emergency room for 5 hours and all they did was take his temperature and blood pressure. The man was very upset and did not feel like sitting there any longer so we came home. Had an ambulance take him to the hospital on Aug 25th. The medics started a line on him for his upset stomach. They told me to give them 20 minutes to get him there and registered in. When I got there they had left him in a wheelchair, sitting in the emergency room. He was so weak he could hardly hold his head up. We sit there, and sit there, then finally a Dr Patrick Lam came in to talk to us. Told us there was not an empty bed in the hospital, and may not be one available the next day. He wanted my husband to sit in that wheel chair thru the night until next morning. I told him he wasn't able to sit there all night. He was too weak. I told him Dr Induru wanted him to have an MRI on his brain. He said he could order one, but it would be the next day also. We left and came back home. Did not hear a word from his oncologist the entire week. His nurse Christine spoke to me a couple of times. She is the one who suggested an ambulance. So upset with the whole deal!

Great Nurses,Rn,ect.. that take care of you.
Very friendly happy providers.
only bad thing, need to keep brushes for people with long hair, better ways to wash their hair like dry shampoo, deodorant.
Had I known i would be there I would have carried those things with me.
But other than that great care, Loving providers, they are very caring about you and your needs.
Bless them and what they do.
