I went here for what was supposed to be a free "wellness" visit, which is what I requested at the time of booking the appointment. They booked my appointment and I came as I was supposed to. The day of, I saw Dr. Mark Rogers and had questions about COVID. As a result of asking questions during the checkup I was billed $190 for the visit. When I received the bill, nearly 3 months later I called THE VERY NEXT DAY (since I got home after 5pm) and was told it was too late to change the coding. (a lie)

I persisted and then I was told only the Dr. could change it and he would review. Well, I got another bill in the mail with no changes. I called and was told that the Dr. Rogers wanted the money because he answered questions that weren't part of the wellness visit (questions about covid) and wanted the money.

Then I was told that I wasn't entitled to a free "wellness" visit regardless of what my insurance allows because they don't offer them on new patients. I pointed out that when I booked the appointment I requested the free "wellness" visit my insurance offers and they wouldn't budge.

In the end I had to pay the $190 to avoid it going to collections because these crooks and liars miscoded my visit for daring to ask the doctor questions about COVID.

Avoid this place and Dr. Rogers like the plague.
