The staff was so friendly, which I really appreciated. It made me feel so welcome. I wasn't worried about any of their equipment. Everything was safe and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The equipment here is fairly current. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled fine in there and looked immaculate.

I won't go here anymore, the other therapists and assistant were nice, but the owners and most of the staff weren't. They made me feel like I wasn't important, always walking out of the room mid-sentence. The staff apparently weren't trained well. They obviously don't enjoy their job, and the patients can see right through them and understand which one is relaxed and which one is uptight, which I think greatly effected their ability to treat. Not every one there is bad though, the young lady in Branford was very nice and bright and so was the young man there in the winter, they would always talk to me and everyone else and made me feel important, I looked forward to seeing those two, as well as some people from New Haven and I hope they are all doing well. Overall though I was very disappointed with my treatment.
