The needs of some patients are not being met. It is difficult for the workers at the home to get in touch with the administrator when she is out of the building. I have been there during tornado warnings, choking of residents, and alarms sounding, but when the workers try to call the administrator, she does not answer. Meds are not always given on time and blood pressure is not monitored daily. The quality of food has declined during the past year. It could be a really nice home if it were managed better.
