They were rude, their pricing was unclear. The quoted cost of my appointment was way below what they charged, and it's not like they did any special tests, or provided any additional services. They made me feel like I was ruining their day by being there. Their service was slow and I felt they did not know how to operate the computer system they were using. I ordered glasses and contacts. When took them home and tried on the glasses and the contacts it was clear they weren't even the same prescription, and the glasses gave me a headache. I did not complain to them because I did not want to go back and deal with the trickery and incompetency again.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
