I specialize in combining Hatha Yoga and Pilates into classes that relax, renew and rejuvenate mind and body. Students see quick results in weight loss, stress reduction, toned core, increased flexibility, and so much more! Classes are limited to 5 students each providing personal attention and individual modifications for each student.
