DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!

In April 2012 we boarded our 5 Jack Russell Terriers with his facility. Upon our return home a week later we were told that one of them was dead. The groomer (John) had taken him out for a walk and let go of the leash. Our dog was found later that evening in the middle of the road some miles from the Vet's office. Someone had hit him and left him to lie there and die. We never thought we would ever leave any of our dogs in their care again. After months of dealing with the loss of such a loving dog we tried to come to terms and put things in perspective. We again, boarded our 4 remaining Jack Russells with his office this month (Dec 2012). Once again...after returning home we were told that one was missing. We were told that Steve Smith, the part-time Vet took her out for a walk and the leash got tangled around his legs and he fell. When he fell he let go of her leash and she was missing. We were never called to inform us of these events and they have done nothing to help locate our missing dog. They claimed they were "sorry," and that this has never happened before. We told them this wasn't true because they lost another one of our dogs only 8 months prior to this one. We will NEVER take our pets to them for ANYTHING again. Don't use them unless you want to take the chance of them losing yours. Totally disgusted with this place and desperately searching for our lost, missing dog now.
