Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
