I specialize in empowerment and behavioral therapy for those individuals 17 and older who are struggling with crisis, trauma, and identity. I use a rational emotive behavioral and empowerment approach to motivate clients to stay in the hear and now and move forward in order to achieve happiness and satisfaction. Clients with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, those experiencing changes in their life, depression, and anxiety benefit from behavioral and empowerment therapy.
