This counselor is so understanding and has a grasp on our situation. He is experienced and able to manage large amounts of detailed information. Jim asks for clarification when needed in order to create a plan specific to our needs. My husband is very comfortable with Jim too and he actually sought advice from Jim after our first session. There is an immediate feeling of trust when you begin the session. Jim outlines the boundaries in order to guide the discussion. I cannot be more pleased with my/our experience.
