About

Dianne Mallory, MA, LMHC

I work with adults who are depressed, experiencing stress and anxiety or job pressure, or family problems.

Perhaps you're struggling with problems you've not been able to work thru, due to divorce, break-up or death of a loved one.
Hearing an objective view or learning new methods of dealing with your issues or coping skills can help you gain new perspective, different strategies and help you learn new ways of dealing with difficulty in a job or work relationships and working out family relationships.

Some of the issues I work with are: relationships, empty nest issues, depression, self-esteem/self-confidence issues, anxiety and stress, grief & loss due to a death or loss of relationship. I also help people with job problems or exploring possible career change.

I have been counseling adults for 23+ years and have had significant post-graduate training. I am Licensed with WA State and have a Master's degree from Seattle University.

I look forward to helping you find the answers and help you're seeking.
