What an empowering way to get in shape and feel your very best! My colleagues and I signed up for kickboxing last year June as a way to collectively get in shape and be healthier. We have all benefited from it and still continue to do so! I have lost several inches, toned up and gained a lot of strength and energy..it feels amazing! The prices are reasonable, the instructors are professional and very knowledgeable and everyone is helpful and nice. - I highly recommend them!

I Love Kickboxing is an all around great workout. You will get cardio, weight resistance, flexibility and fun all in one class. You will never even know the hour is over. The instructors keep you motivated and help you achieve results. Don't be afraid to come out and check out the classes, the energy in the room addicting.
